The Bookkeeping Bureau, Inc opened its doors in 2013. Since then, we have been successfully assisting with the bookkeeping and payroll needs of businesses and individuals on Martha’s Vineyard and across the US. We developed strong long term relations with our clients, most of which we have been servicing for many years.

Olivia F. Saloparu
President
Olivia is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in bookkeeping, and payroll. In 2013 she founded The Bookkeeping Bureau. The Bookkeeping Bureau, Inc. successfully serves a variety of businesses and non-profit organizations throughout New England. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Olivia is an accounting professional with hands-on experience in diverse bookkeeping tasks, and she possesses a strong foundational knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial transaction management. Earlier in her career she held various positions in the industry, that helped form her as the well-rounded professional she is today.
Olivia’s accounting education started with four years in the economic high school she graduated with a bookkeeper and statistician degree. Years later she earned her Bachelor of Economics, followed by a master’s degree in Sociology and Psychology, that helps enhance her accounting and leadership skills. Throughout the years she earned various certifications. She is a Certified Bookkeeper with the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with Intuit. She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Currently she studies for a master’s in taxation, while she prepares to sit for her CPA exam.
Mindful of her clients’ needs, her approach is professional and friendly. She is a perfectionist, with a love for numbers and quality work. Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to follow things through and anticipate needs, and integrity, are at the core of her work. When not working, Olivia is consumed with being the mother of three young children. She is also the mother of one dog, two cats, and two chickens. She lives in Martha’s Vineyard.
